Adult speech pathology supports people experiencing changes in communication, speech or swallowing related to injury, illness, neurological conditions or changes over time.

Therapy focuses on practical strategies with an approach that is functional, respectful, and focused on supporting independence, participation, and quality of life.

Services include:

  • Speech Therapy – for difficulties with articulation, clarity, or motor speech disorders such as dysarthria or apraxia.

  • Language Rehabilitation – supporting individuals with aphasia or language challenges following stroke, brain injury, or progressive neurological conditions.

  • Swallowing (Dysphagia) Assessment and Therapy – supporting safe and effective eating and drinking for individuals with chewing or swallowing difficulties.

  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) – providing systems and tools for adults with complex communication needs, including those who are non-verbal or have limited verbal expression.

Therapy is collaborative and goal-driven, with flexible service delivery options to suit your lifestyle. Working alongside families, carers, and healthcare teams to ensure communication and mealtime support is practical and person-centred.
